Roasted Cauliflower

A perfect side dish to the beet burgers! Or a great side dish to anything really. You can leave out the spices and it’s still really delicious. When cauliflower meets a hot oven, something good happens.

Ingredients
1 cauliflower, cut into florets
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
2 teaspoons ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper
 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add olive oil, garlic, ginger, and red chili powder, to florets and combine well. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Roast in oven for approximately 40 minutes (time may vary depending on desired crispiness).
