Seasonal Citrus

I think the salad is so colorful and tastes so refreshing at this time of year!

Ingredients

1 large Boston lettuce

2 large Navel oranges

2 large Cara cara oranges

2 large Blood oranges

1-2 Tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

1/4 cup pomegranate arils

good quality olive oil and white balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Tear Boston lettuce and line platter with pieces

  2. Peel and thinly slice oranges.  Decorate lettuce with overlapping slices.

  3. Sprinkle rosemary and arils over oranges.

  4. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over platter.

This colorful salad is delicious during the winter citrus season.
