Embracing the gathering of friends or family with a wonderful meal and warm hospitality has always been joyful for Vicki Brunsvold, a self proclaimed foodie for years. Incorporating a theme with the food and decor have made many dinner parties memorable. A recent Honey Harvest Dinner had all the recipes including honey, which is harvested from the apiary of her husband, Mark.
Vicki is able to indulge her interests in food while serving as the Reception and Special Event Coordinator at her church in Edina. Concert receptions, formal dinners, and buffets for hundreds are some of the successful events she has handled.
Vicki is currently on the Board of the Friends of the Minnesota Orchestra. Other interests include golf, book club, bridge, and travel with her husband to some of the best epicurean areas of the world, including Provence last summer.
