1-Pot Campfire Breakfast

Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
2 cups cheese (I like sharp cheddar)
½  lb. turkey sausage
2 potatoes
4 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. Before leaving for camping, grate potatoes into hash browns and brown turkey sausage in a pan
  2. Once the turkey sausage is cooked, add it to a large pot with the rest of the ingredients (eggs, cheese, hash browns, and spinach)
  3. Cover, and place in the cooler with ice 
  4. Once you get to the campsite, cook over the stove for a hearty, filling breakfast.
