Chicken Fajita Foil Packets

2 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper
1 red onion
Fajita seasoning mix


  1. Prepare food before leaving on your camping trip
  2. Cut chicken, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips and add to a bowl
  3. Pour in fajita seasoning and mix thoroughly 
  4. Wrap chicken and veggies in tinfoil 
  5. Store in plastic baggies in a cooler with ice (and the rest of the ingredients)
  6. When you get to the campsite, grill the foil packet for 20 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through) 
  7. Add to tortillas and top with cheese, salsa, and fresh avocados!
