Fresh Strawberry Pie

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp flour
2/3 cup canola oil mixed with 3 Tbsp milk
- Stir until well mixed.
- Pat into 10” pie pan
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
One package Junket Danish Dessert - follow instructions for Pie Glaze
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Garnish with dollop of freshly whipped cream.
