National Nutrition Month

If you are anything like me you probably spent the winter eating a few too many Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and not enough fruits and veggies. Needless to say, I have been in a bit of a nutritional slump. The good news is its National Nutrition Month, meaning I have a great reason to start thinking a little bit more about nourishing my body with healthy, whole foods. I am ready to break out of my sluggish winter slump by making more informed choices about what I put on my plate. Although I definitely wont be giving up the Cheetos, I am will be working on reinstituting healthier eating habits. Here are a couple of recipes that are quick, simple, and portable that will help you stay healthy this month!

Baked Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal (serves 6)
