Butternut Squash Soup

This delicious 5 ingredients soup will save you time during the busy holiday season while still impressing your guests.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
5 cups butternut, diced (you can get it already diced in many grocery stores)
4 cups chicken broth
2 pears, peeled and diced
1 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp curry powder
- Simmer all the ingredients for about 30 minutes until tender.
- Add salt and pepper and puree.
- You can also serve this soup during cocktail hour, in shot-type glasses (I use clear votive containers). Party stores also carry clear plastic shot glasses.
