Butternut Squash Soup

This delicious 5 ingredients soup will save you time during the busy holiday season while still impressing your guests.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6

5 cups butternut, diced (you can get it already diced in many grocery stores)
4 cups chicken broth
2 pears, peeled and diced
1 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp curry powder


  1. Simmer all the ingredients for about 30 minutes until tender.
  2. Add salt and pepper and puree.
  3. You can also serve this soup during cocktail hour, in shot-type glasses (I use clear votive containers). Party stores also carry clear plastic shot glasses.
