Snap Jack Popcorn Recipe

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp brewed coffee
2 qts freshly popped popcorn


  1. Line a large baking sheet with wax paper. (13” x 18”)
  2. In a small saucepan, bring butter, sugar, and coffee to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes, or until syrup has thickened. 
  3. Pour over popcorn and mix. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread in a single latter; dry for 15 minutes. Break up any large clusters and eat immediately or transfer to an airtight container and enjoy later.
