Add the edible gold luster dust to the liquid and stir it to combine

Pour the liquid into round ice molds. You want the popsicles to be spherical. Freeze them overnight.

When you are ready to make the cocktails, allow the popsicles to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes and then take them out of the molds.

Put 1 popsicle each into rocks glasses and top each drink with the prosecco or Champagne.

Place any extra popsicles in a plastic bag and store them in the freezer.
