Sautéed Apples with Apple Brandy

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced

1/3 cup sugar

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp apple brandy

pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add apples, stir well and saute for 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in sugar, lemon juice, brandy, and salt and cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden.  Stir often.
