Creator of The Birmingham-Terrance J. Akerson (TJ) - Bio

Over 20 years ago TJ began his bartending career with the expansive art of the profession-- spinning and tossing bottles, and all the flair. With TJ's profound awareness of the industry, he has rejected the conformity of the past and has developed his skills by truly crafting drinks. TJ's regular guests consider him a true "Jack of all trades."

Loving the outdoors as much as he does, and for his mental health, TJ also took up vegetable gardening where he blends the art and science of the process just like he does in his bartending. TJ is truly a person to sit and converse with at Mission. And ladies, we know you're asking, he's single and intends to stay that way. Cheers!
