Rosy Pomegranate Mojito

Recipe from Al Hashulhan Magazine
Yield: 2 liters

2 whole lemons, cut into quarters and then sliced
1-cup pomegranate seeds
3 Tbsp sugar
1 bunch fresh mint
1.5 liters pomegranate juice
1/2 cup gin, or more
Crushed or cubed ice


  1. Place lemon slices, pomegranate seeds, sugar and mint in a pitcher and muddle until flavors combine.
  2. Add the pomegranate juice and gin and mix well.
  3. Place ice in tumblers and pour the cocktail over it. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lemon.
