Rosy Pomegranate Mojito
Recipe from Al Hashulhan Magazine
Yield: 2 liters
2 whole lemons, cut into quarters and then sliced
1-cup pomegranate seeds
3 Tbsp sugar
1 bunch fresh mint
1.5 liters pomegranate juice
1/2 cup gin, or more
Crushed or cubed ice
- Place lemon slices, pomegranate seeds, sugar and mint in a pitcher and muddle until flavors combine.
- Add the pomegranate juice and gin and mix well.
- Place ice in tumblers and pour the cocktail over it. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lemon.
