Sesame Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
3 medium-sized carrots, peeled and shaved
2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 to 5 medium green onions, chopped*
1/4 cup chopped cilantro*

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. Toss to combine. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar. Stir. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Garnish with green onions and cilantro, if desired* Serve immediately.
  2. *Option not included in nutrition facts.

Cook's Note: You can also use the dressing in this recipe for your other favorite salad blends!
