Chocolate Covered Clementines

All 3 ingredients are in the title - an easy no bake treat!

Ingredients
Bittersweet chocolate (60% Cacao) 
Clementines
Pistachios

Instructions

  1. Melt 4 oz bittersweet chocolate.
  2. Peel 2 clementines and separate into sections.
  3. Dip sections halfway into chocolate.
  4. Roll in chopped pistachios.
  5. Chill until set.
