Chocolate Covered Clementines

All 3 ingredients are in the title - an easy no bake treat!
Bittersweet chocolate (60% Cacao)
- Melt 4 oz bittersweet chocolate.
- Peel 2 clementines and separate into sections.
- Dip sections halfway into chocolate.
- Roll in chopped pistachios.
- Chill until set.
