Crack Corn Salad

In just 10 minutes, you will have a corn salad that you will die for. All the best flavors are in this one dish with the versatility to be a side dish or topping. The Crack Corn Salad will become a staple recipe in your house!

Ingredients

For the salad:• 4 cups sweet corn • 12 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped • 1 jalapeño, finely diced • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • juice of 1 lime • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • kosher salt to taste • freshly ground black pepper

For the dressing:• 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1/3 cup whole milk • 1/4 cup buttermilk • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice • 1 teaspoon fresh dill • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl and stir. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3

Add the dressing to the salad mixture. Stir until the ingredients are mixed together and coated. Garnish with herbs then serve!
