Feelin’ Bubbly Aperol Raspberry Float

This combines so many delicious things: Aperol, ice cream, hard seltzer, and even fresh fruit (look, it’s healthy!). Great as a dessert cocktail—but honestly, don’t be held back by time of day.

MAKES 4 DRINKS
Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

4 ounces Aperol

2 cups vanilla or raspberry ice cream

2 (12-ounce) cans raspberry hard seltzer


Instructions

✦ Divide the raspberries evenly among four large glasses. Add 1 ounce of Aperol to each glass. Muddle.

✦ Divide the ice cream evenly among the glasses (½ cup each). Top each glass with half a can (6 ounces) of seltzer.

✦ Serve immediately.
