Grab-and-Go Charcurterie = Meat and cheese are a meal. Today’s Virtual Supper Club unlocks the quick and easy way to deal with eating and nutrition when you “need it fast, easy, and safe!

Grocery stores across the country are answering the consumer call for quick grab-and-go meals (that still feel special) by building out their deli departments. You can now find packaged grazing platters that only need the cover removed. Giant Eagle has implemented a BYOB program (bring your own board!) where they'll fill up your board or platter with charcuterie goodies for a flat price. Look for other fun items in the deli like specialty olives, pickles, dried fruit, and honey to go with your meat and cheese.


Need a super simple flower arrangement? Grab a Skinny Iced Vanilla Coffee or a Banana Flip and let’s get started. Gerbera Daisies are a simple answer. This is my favorite way to keep things simple and you can truly grab and go!

How about your next Road Trip?


Grab and Go works best with some wooden boards, large thermos, jars, oversized plastic cups, plastic containers, picnic baskets, or whatever makes it easy for you and your family. If you want to add the first apples of the season to your picnic, you might like Baked Apples with Granola. Looking for the perfect cocoa for those cooler fall mornings? Chocolate con Leche. Peanut Butter Oat Power Balls provide energy and fuel you for the day! This Salad in a cup is a perfect snack or extra boost for breakfast. Watermelon, Blueberry, and Mint Salad in a Cup (SO Easy). Pumpkin Butter is a great breakfast or dessert add-on and the kids can make it! it also provides the perfect hostess gift!


So you have plenty of time to plan your drink selections, here are some of my favorite early fall drinks, smoothies, and cocktails. All can be a portable grab and go! Skol Smoothies + Sunshine Smoothie + Fruit Smoothie + Seltzer Water Summer + Bright Apple Cocktail + Fall Cocktail Hour = Pumpkin Spice Liqueur is a homemade treasure. This Pumpkin Patch Cocktail is basically your kick-off to begin eating dessert.


This Highway Trail Mix keeps all of us happier between meals. Delicata Squash Bisque makes the perfect warm soup in a mug or thermos. This Moroccan Chicken Spice Blend seasoning is awesome to zip up meal prep. Add to salad greens, spiraled zucchini, or rice and veggies for grab-n-go weekday lunches. Make these Hot Dogs on a Stick ahead of time and freeze them until you’re ready to grab and go. Greek Salad on a Stick might beg for an extra napkin, but it’s great. Refrigerator Stir-fry is my last minute go-to quick supper. Had enough alone time with your family? How about a Picnic - Girls Night Out!


Time for a few more snack/supper options! Rice Cake Snack. Spicy Ahi Tuna Tartare on Wonton Chips is the perfect snack/app to serve on pizza board. How about Stuffed Flatbread Pizza? Chocolate PBB Smoothie Bowl + Smoothie Cubes + Tropical Sunrise Smoothie are light additions to put in plastic containers or mugs.


Dessert on the go might require a bit more planning. But ooohhh these are so yummy…Cinnamon Vanilla Glazed Apple Cider Donuts.
