We honor our Spirited Tables from the past and present, with a prayer for our Jewish friends and family, during these extraordinary times.

The post below is from our Passovers gone by. The following details are courtesy of chabad.org, you’ll find everything you need to know about preparing for this Passover, knowing prep during COVID will be different this year.

By the Grace of G-d

We hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe.

As the holiday of Passover is fast approaching (April 8, 2020), we here at Chabad.org’s Ask the Rabbi team would like to wish you a very happy and kosher Passover.

Due to the current situation, we are all going through as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, this holiday will require an adjustment on everyone’s part. To help ease through the process we have prepared numerous helpful resources to guide you through the Seder (and Passover prep of course), whether it’s tips on preparing the home or the Seder plate or delicious recipes with easy to find ingredients, we’ve got you covered.

If you are in need of a Seder kit (or know of someone who is in need of one) please contact a Chabad center near you to connect with a Chabad center near you, or contact us here at Ask the Rabbi for assistance.

In case you haven’t yet done so, we’d like to remind you to sell your chametz (leavened food) as, according to Jewish law, during Passover one may not own any chametz. You can easily do so online here.

For all your Passover needs please visit www.chabad.org/passover.

While we may be celebrating Passover physically alone, we are united, wherever we may be, we are all celebrating together, as one people from our homes.

With very warm wishes for good health and a kosher and happy Passover,

The Chabad.org Ask The Rabbi Team
