Acai Smoothie Bowl

It’s the middle of summer. You are craving something refreshing that will help you beat the heat. Well look no further because we’ve got you covered. Introducing, the Acai bowl. This antioxidant-packed, fruit-filled smoothie bowl is sure to treat your taste buds, fill you up, and provide you with energy you need for your day while helping you maintain any and all health resolutions!  Acai, a superfood berry native to South and Central America is famous for its many health benefits. These small purple fruits promote a healthy heart through their ability to decrease cholesterol, help with weight maintenance, make your skin glow, and can contribute to slowing of the aging process! On top of all of this, they are absolutely delicious! Next time you are at your local grocery store, purchase some to try for yourself! You wont be disappointed. 

1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice) 
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 serving Acai powder
2 Tbsp granola
1 Tbsp chia seeds 
1 Tbsp goji berries 


  1. Combine the ingredients listed above in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of your choosing!
