Marty’s beer adventures took him to Mobile, Alabama for work. His visit to Serda Brewery and Brewpub yielded an educational twist. Serda Brewing is the first brewery in Mobile since prohibition and their core brand beers are traditional German styles that have had an American craft beer face lift: richer in flavor, bolder in strength, more complex in character, a reflection of the past with modern craft brewing innovation.
