Swiss Chicken Quiche Recipe

1 9in Pastry shell
1 cups (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Chicken bouillon
¾ cups Milk
¼ cup Chopped Onion
- Bake pastry shell at 425° for 8 min with edges covered.
- Mix together Swiss cheese, flour and bouillon.
- Add milk, eggs and onion.
- Pour egg mixture into baked pastry shell. Bake 40–45 min at 350°.
- Let stand 10 min before serving.
