Start with the Raspberry Ice Cream recipe below and garnish with fresh raspberries, blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream. Finish each parfait with a mini American flag!
Easy Raspberry Ice Cream
3/4 cup raspberry juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups heavy cream
fresh raspberries and blueberries
whipped cream (optional)
- Combine juices and powdered sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Add cream and mix thoroughly. Continue to whip until twice the size (approximately 6 cups of ice cream).
- Freeze in an airtight container 6-8 hours.
- Garnish with berries and whipped cream.
