Kale Chips Recipe

1 head Kale
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sea Salt

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Wash the Kale.

3. Chop or tear into the size chips you prefer.

4. Cover a cookie sheet with the olive oil and sea salt.

5. Roll the Kale to cover it with oil and salt. 

6. Bake 10-12 minutes. Kale is done when dark green and crisp.
