Dawn's Wild Rice Recipe

4-6 mushrooms sliced
1 small onion diced in small to medium pieces
1/2 cup wild rice - already cooked in water for 30-40 minutes or until it starts to open
1/2 cup white rice
1/2 to 1 stick of butter 
4 cubes beef boullion


  1. Sauté mushrooms and diced onions in melted butter
  2. Dissolve bouillon in 1 cup of boiling water
  3. Rinse wild rice after cooking (see instructions above)
  4. Combine mushrooms, onions, white and wild rice in a baking dish
  5. Bake at 375° for 1 hour
