Kimberley Queen Fern

by Reba Berge, Tastemaker in Residence

Want to add greenery to your 3-season porch this summer?! Try a Kimberly Queen Fern which has a more upright leaf growth compared to the Boston Fern. The Kimberly Queen Fern is not quite as fussy as the delicate Maidenhair Fern. There are no flowers, which means no fragrance. This can be important when entertaining guests who may have sensitivities to strong scents. Water your fern by submerging the whole pot in a bucket of water so the soil surface is covered and let it absorb for 15-20 minutes. The soil should not be allowed to dry out in-between watering.
