No BS Smoothie

This can be for breakfast or a snack.
½ cup whole milk plain yogurt (or sub a non-dairy plain yogurt)
1 tsp omega-3 oil
½ cup frozen berries
1 scoop collagen protein (plain no sweetener or stevia added)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix until smooth and enjoy!
