An Indian favorite, lassi is a yogurt drink. It’s a great light snack in the summer. Depending on the sweetness of the mango, you may not need sugar.
Ingredients to Serve- 2
1 1/4 cups Plain yogurt
1 Ripe mango, peeled, cut from the pit, and diced
10 Ice cubes
1 Tbsp. Superfine sugar (optional)
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Taste and add sugar, if desired and blend again.
- Serve in tall, chilled glasses
