Berniece "Toots" Zipperman's Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Makes 2 cups
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
4 anchovies (or to taste) chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in food processor with metal blade. Place in covered container for a few hours to blend flavors.
- Serve tossed with torn romaine lettuce, thinly sliced cucumbers, and green peppers.
