Yes, really...I am a popcorn junkie.
Never have I met a kernel I did not swoon over and date MANY times!
But; that being addressed, I have become far wiser in my selection process of who/what I allow in my treasured TexasWare spotted bowl! (Always referred to as "The Popcorn Bowl.)
Number One rule is I always use Jolly Time White Popcorn for its tender popped kernels. I also use an air popper; under the justification that my popcorn is healthier air popped. (Never mind what I put on top of my popcorn!) Life is a balance!
The following recipe is one I adapted from "Sweet as a Cookie" by Karissa Krishart for a tasty sweet popcorn treat when I am craving comfort pastries. (Yes, that is "a thing.")
