Mimi's Crockpot Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
3 large carrots, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried sage
1 tsp. dried rosemary
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup uncooked wild rice
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Shred the chicken and serve!
