Adobo Chili Mayonnaise Dressed Cabbage

Ingredients
1 bunch green onions finely sliced, including the greens
One small package already shredded cabbage
3/4 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (sorry...still a fan!) 
1/4 cup milk
3 tsp frozen orange juice, thawed
Fresh lemon juice to taste
3 Tbsp of liquid from a small can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions

  1. Blend liquid from chipotle peppers until smooth.
  2. Thin mayonnaise with milk. 
  3. Whisk the mayonnaise, milk, thawed orange juice and chipotle pepper paste in a small bowl until smooth and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.

To Serve

Take one of the green tortillas and place one or two cooked fish fillets in center. Lightly squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over the fillets.  Top with cabbage mixture and salsa, Fold and roll like a burrito. Eat and enjoy.
