1 loaf French bread
Milk or cream to taste
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Cut 1 loaf french bread into one inch wide pieces.
- In a bowl mix 4 eggs with equal parts milk or even better yet cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and a half teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Dredge pieces of french bread on both sides and cook on the stove over medium heat in a lightly buttered pan.
- It's very easy but oh so good!
