Pom-berry Shake

Mixed berries and pomegranate-blueberry juice combine to create a “berry” tasty shake.

Pom-berry is obviously on the right; but try the Pineapple-Apricot Cooler too!

Serves 4

Ingredients
1/2 cup (4 ounces) pomegranate-blueberry juice
1 (12-oz.) package frozen mixed berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 cup (8 oz.) whole milk
Garnish: fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender, cover with lid, and process until smooth.
  2. Garnish, if desired.
