Maple Pumpkin Chex Mix

Try one of my fall favorites; football, Corn Chex++ and Thanksgiving!

6 cups Corn Chex
4 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
3 cups dried cranberries
2 cups honey roasted peanuts
2 cups Glutino Pretzels (again, I like them because they are crunchier) 
1 cup butter (melted) 
¾ cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix ingredients in large bowl 
  3. Evenly spread ingredients on one (or two) baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
