This Bubbly St-Germain Mint cocktail is the perfect pairing for Mimi Levin's Crepes from France; in the Olympic Cook-Off competition! 

Ingredients
Prosecco, chilled
St-Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)
Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Fill a stemmed glass about halfway with chilled Prosecco
  2. Top with 1 ounce St-Germain
  3. Garnish with mint leaves
