Mill City Parfait

One of our favorite parts about the Mill City Farmers Market community is the collaborative spirit that our vendors have. Here are three great examples of that cohesiveness with products from Market Chef Pantry, Bliss Granola, and Singing Hills Goat Dairy:

Ingredients

One:
Market Chef Pantry’s Raspberry Pepper Jam
Bliss Chocolate Hazelnut Granola
Singing Hills Plain Chevre

Two:
Market Chef Pantry’s Blackberry Merlot Jelly
Bliss Pecan Cinnamon Granola
Singing Hills Plain Chevre

Three:
Market Chef Pantry’s Mulled Cider Jelly
Bliss Butterscotch Granola
Singing Hills Plain Chevre

Instructions

  1. Either serve the parfaits in a small dish with granola on the bottom, a dallop of chevre and a spoonful of jelly
  2. -OR-
  3. Form the chevre into a ball. Roll ball of chevre in granola. Put on a large plate and drizzle delicately with jelly to be used as an appetizer or dessert.
