Cold Brew Bourbon Cocktail

1/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz bourbon
6 oz cold brew coffee
heavy cream to serve
- In a cocktail shaker, combine simple syrup, bourbon and coffee. Fill shaker with ice and stir until mixture is thoroughly chilled.
- Pour into a rocks glass and top with heave cream to serve.
