Sauteed Cucumbers with Dill

Vegetable oil or sweet butter
Fresh dill, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
- Use citrus stripper to remove strips of skin from cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice cucumber and saute’ in oil or butter in hot pan. Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper.
