Roasted Chickpeas

2 15 oz cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed, and patted dry
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp honey



  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients until coated.
  3. Spread mix in a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake about 30 - 40 minutes, stirring midway through baking.
