Stuffed Flatbread Pizza

Use this recipe as a template; but have your own family pizza cook-off and share your favorites with 

One flat bread - stuffed style
2 oz black truffle tomato pesto
2 oz basic basil pesto
4 oz grated provolone cheese
8 paper thin slices of salami
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning 


  1. Cut flat bread in half. Double stack the 2 flatbread halves with the rest of the ingredients between the layers. Add the Italian seasoning to the bottom layer. 
  2. Bake at 350° until bubbly and heated throughout. 
  3. Cut into 10 squares and serve.
