Curry Bean and Nut Butter Hummus

1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Garbanzo Beans, 50% Less Sodium (drained, rinsed)
3 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Garnish with chopped chives or roasted pecan pieces


  1. In food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 to 60 seconds or until desired texture.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Garnish before serving.
