Watermelon Caprese Salad

Ingredients
Small Baby Seedless Watermelon
Tomatoes
Buffalo Mozzarella
Balsamic Reduction Glaze*
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Remove rind from watermelon with a knife. Chill till ready to slice. Slice 1/2-1 inch rings. Slice tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. You can layer all 3 in a stack or place them side by side as Katie did in this photo; this depends on the size of the tomatoes. Place Mozzarella accordingly. Drizzle the balsamic glaze.

Fini reduction glaze is Katie’s favorite; or use a reduction glaze.
