Nutty White Chocolate Popcorn

12 cups popped corn
1 cup salted mixed nuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
12 oz white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. In large bowl mix popped corn, nuts and cranberries
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in double boiler then pour over popcorn mixture, stirring until evenly coated
  3. Spread onto large rimmed baking dish to cool. Serve.
