I’m stealing this idea from a new friend in Chicago (thanks, Sara!).
You will need to love lavender, but if you do, how yummy does this sound?
Sara’s Lavender Tonic
shot of vodka or gin over ice
squeeze of lemon
sprig of basil and lavender
- For lavender syrup - check amazon for this ingredient or make your own by boiling sugar, honey water, then steep a bunch of lavender for one hour and strain
- Mix all ingredients
- Serve in a ball jar
