I love to play golf and the understatement of this season is there has been more rain than outdoor outings in Minnesota.

So if your sport loving dream board includes golf, an invitation to a golf guest day is atop the list for a sublimely luxurious way to spend an afternoon. This elegant event included tables of food and drink, fun with friends and oh by the way, golf. 

This menu, decor and food reflects a frolicsome afternoon and I was fortunate to be part of it. 

First Course-Summer Melons, Basil, Mint, Baby Greens

Fourth Course-Miso Glazed Salmon, Enoki Puree & Spring Mushrooms, Jasmine Rice, Szechuan Glazed Vegetables
