Mom's Stick To Your Ribs Comfort Food

Living in cold, cold Minnesota a nice stick to your ribs meal of hamburger gravy on mashed potatoes was a welcome dinner my mom would make often.  

What was the "gravy"? A can of cream of celery, can of cream of chicken, and oh yes indeed a can of cream of mushroom! 


I love that this not so fancy, but oh so tasty dish, is one of my children's favorites too.
