Bridget's Ginger Lime Salmon

2 lbs salmon fillet
2 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsp lime zest  
1/2 tsp salt  and pepper
4 Tbsp butter
1 tsp lime juice


  1. Rub the fillet with 2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger and 2 Tbsp lime zest - (to get the lime zest, just take a fork or zester, and scrap the outside of a lime)
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and pepper over the fillet
  3. Melt 4 Tbsp butter and 1 tsp lime juice. Use butter and lime juice to baste the salmon as it is grilled/broiled to desired doneness.
