1 cup butter (Softened)
2 cups brown sugar
2tsp. vanilla extract
1lb. pitted dates
2 cups pecans (chopped)
2 cup shredded coconut
4 cups Rice Krispies
1. Place butter, sugar, dates, and coconut in a large pot and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
2. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies and pecans.
3. Mix well, cool, and roll into small balls.
4. Roll in powdered sugar or regular sugar.
These are my favorite cookies! Wherever you take them, they will be a hit.
