Crostini Gorgonzola & Figs

Gorgonzola cheese
Baby arugula leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and ground pepper


  1. Prepare crostini:  cut baguette on a diagonal, 1/4 inch thick arrange slices on baking sheet and drizzle with 2 Tbsp olive oil; broil, turning once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side
  2. Spread gorgonzola on each Crostini
  3. Top with a few slices of fig and some arugula
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Serve at once
